A new business design culture in Italy
We brought global design best practices in Italy to advance the local innovation and design culture, engaging the most qualified professionals to help us implement the latest methodologies in the Italian context with selected corporate partners.
To do so, every year we selected a group of international students from leading Universities to join the top management of Italian companies in a shared learning experience aimed at innovating the business and productive models of their industry, with the mentorship of thought leaders who have shaped successful academic or business practices to inspire critical and innovative thinking.
How we adapted global best practices to the needs of Italian companies
For several consecutive years we involved academic and design experts like Bill Burnett, the Executive Director of the Stanford Design Program at the d.school, Jake Knapp, former design partner at Google Ventures and creator of the design Sprint, Mitch Sinclair, senior Design Directors at IDEO, John Bruce, former Director of the Strategic Design and Management Program at the New School’s Parsons School of Design and currently leading the Transdisciplinary Design Program, and Nick Foster from Google X on speculative design practices.
